How to return a defective product.

We are sorry to hear that your unit is not working.

There are many cases when you can deal with the service center directly, by dealing directly with them they will often take care of you without any additional cost, please visit the Manufacturer contact page by clicking here.

Should you still need to return you unit to the store, please follow these steps to send it back to the store for a replacement.

Ship the unit, with all of it's packaging, instructions etc. to:

Once the unit has been received we will confirm the defect and ship the replacement to you. In the case that the unit is not defective, we will be in touch with the next steps, there may be a 20% restock fee applied.

As per our return policy we will cover the cost of shipping you the replacement, but not the shipping back to the store.
