Cancelling a sale
In the event a customer wishes to cancel a sale prior to be being shipped, a 6% charge will be applied before a refund is given. This is to cover the cost charged to Homeessentialsoutlet.com by the payment provider and any additional administration costs.
Due to the nature of outlet retail, once shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or a satisfaction guarantee.
We will gladly provide an exchange or gift card on unused items with original receipt and original packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
